In March 2014, a separate department of the Science and Technology Center ELINS, JSC was created for the purpose of publishing a new scientific journal called Electronic Information Systems. The department provides organizational and editorial support for the publication.
The editorial team is made up of the top representatives in their fields. Among them are experienced scientists, entrepreneurs and lecturers from leading Russian companies and institutions of higher education like the Federal State Budget Educational Institutionof Higher Education M.V.Lomonosov Moscow State University, National Research University of Electronic Technology MIET, Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Saratov National Research State University, MEPhI Nuclear National Research University, FGI Research and Production Association “Special Equipment and Communication” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Central design bureau of apparatus engineering JCS (Tula), the Keldysh Institute of Applied Mathematics of the Russian Academy of Science, the National Research University “Higher School of Economics”, the Kovalevsky Marine Biological Investigations Institute of the Russian Academy of Science, and Sevastopol State University. More than two-thirds of our authors are research scientists with prior experience in private sector.
The editorial board is composed of scientists and specialists with considerable scientific potential, knowledge and experience.
