When submitting a manuscript of your article to the journal, please read the following documents, as well as fill out the author’s card and send copies of the documents by e-mail lyaukina@elins.ru.

Author’s card:

• full name in Russian;
• initials and surname in English;
• academic rank, degree (if any);
• place of employment (full name of organization), position held;
• honorary titles, awards, etc. (if any);
• e-mail for publication and contact e-mail;
• contact telephone number.

Attached documents:

• a review certified by the reviewer’s signature and the organization’s stamp;
• an expert report on the possibility of publishing the materials in the open press;
• an agreement on assignment of usage rights of works.
